Returns & Refunds
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this 30-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
This returns policy applies to customers irrespective of your geographical location.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
When returning items to PB, please use a secure courier, or recorded postal service. We are unable to process any replacement or refund if we do not receive the faulty item, and are not responsible for returned goods until they reach us. Upon receipt of the goods we will then Refund your original payment method as applicable for your returned goods. Refunds will be processed within 1 – 3 working days of us receiving the returned product. Please note we do not refund any postage.
Items must be Returned in there original condition as received meaning all tags still attached to the product and product must be in its original packaging, PB Reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not follow this policy. Items classed as underwear or base layer products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.
Please note that all goods that have been custom made, altered, or specially ordered are not refundable or available for exchange.
Returns on Helmets
PB reserve the right to refuse any helmet refund or exchange where the helmet appears to have been worn, or used in any way, for reasons of safety. Any damaged helmets will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
If you wish to return your item for a exchange due to it being the incorrect size for you then this can be done very easily
All you need to do is package up the item and include a short note explaining what you would like to do weather its a refund or a exchange, Upon receipt of the goods your matter will be dealt with within 1 working day.
